Spa Experience

We are pleased to offer the ultimate spa experience, including use of our luxuriously appointed locker rooms, plush robes, quiet lounge, beverage service, and a day pass to use the fitness room, indoor pool and hot tub.

Gift Cards
They are valid for one year form the date of purchase and can be used toward a Spa Botanica service as well as retail purchases. Gift Cards are transferable but non-refundable. Values are subject to current pricing and our cancellation policy. Gift Cards must be presented at the time services are rendered.

Scheduling Appointments
We suggest 48-72 hours advance notice for scheduling appointments during the week and 5-7 days notice for weekend appointments. Guests staying with us on an overnight package are responsible for setting up their Spa appointments. Spa appointments are subject to availability and must be guaranteed by a credit card.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We respectfully ask that you give a minimum of 24-hours advance notice for all cancellations and to reschedule. If less than 24-hours a 50% charge of services will be billed to your credit card. If less than 4-hours a 100% charge of services will be billed to your credit card.

Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service to take advantage of our relaxation lounge and to ensure we start on time. Please keep in mind that arriving late will result in a shortened length of the treatment, with the full price of the service charged, as not to inconvenience the next guests.

The Spa Therapist will complete a brief health evaluation prior to your treatment to provide you with the best experience possible and to assure your safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any health conditions that may affect your Spa experience.

Spa Lunch
The Rocky River Grille suite service team offers lunch and dinner for spa patrons. You may add to any spa service or package. And it will be served to you in the relaxation lounge. Please see our Spa Guest Coordinator for a menu. A 20% service charge will be added to the final bill.

Gratuities
A 20% gratuity will be added to the price of your service(s) for your convenience. Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services.

Age Requirements
Spa Botanica is available for guests of 18 years of age or older. Minors 12 and above may enjoy some treatments if accompanied by a parent or guardian. As the Spa is an adult area, we respectfully request that guests do not bring their children to the Spa. We also offer special salon services for our guests 3-11 years old. See Spa Botanica Too!

How do I choose my treatment?
Spa Botanica Guest Coordinators will assist you in the planning of the perfect spa experience based on your spa experience.

Whom should I inform of special health issues?
Please notify the Spa Guest Coordinator if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, or if you are pregnant. All this information can also be completed on your Client Information Form upon arrival at our spa.

When I should I arrive for my treatment(s)?
We suggest that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatment to complete paperwork, and enjoy our luxuriously appointed locker rooms and lounge.

Should I shave before my treatment?
It is recommended that men shave at least 2 hours before a facial treatment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment, pedicure, or hair removal service.

Spa Botanica ExperienceWhat should I wear?
We suggest that you disrobe to your comfort level. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the portion of your body that is being treated. The utmost discretion will be used to ensure privacy at all times. Before and after you treatment, robes and sandals are provided. Daily lockers are available for your use while you are at the spa.

How do I schedule service(s)?
Please call our Spa Guest Coordinators, they are happy to assist you. In order to hold any appointments, we ask that you have a credit card ready to be authorized. We must have a pre-authorized credit card number on file to schedule any service(s).

What if I arrive late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
